The Growth programme

What £1,000 a month pays for.

The same inclusions as above, arranged the way the work actually runs: a cycle you can see, month by month.

  1. 1

    Plan

    • Quarterly strategy review with a named lead
  2. 2

    Publish

    • Content for high-intent questions, approved by your firm
    • SEO for UK legal search; local SEO and Business Profile
  3. 3

    Respond

    • AI enquiry assistant for approved service questions
    • Enquiry routing and follow-up reminders for your team
  4. 4

    Report

    • Monthly reporting on visibility, traffic and enquiries

It doesn't buy guaranteed rankings, enquiries or AI citations — no one can sell those honestly — and it never replaces your firm's own review of legal content.

Choosing

Which one fits?

The Firm Website suits firms that…

  • Win most work through referrals and reputation
  • Need the website to reflect the firm accurately
  • Have someone in-house to keep content current
  • Want to fix the foundations before investing in search

Website + Growth suits firms that…

  • Want more enquiries for specific areas of work
  • Compete locally or nationally in search
  • Want monthly content without hiring for it
  • Want reporting that connects activity to enquiries

Looking for a site for one area of work?

Specialist enquiry sites are scoped separately, because their size depends on the area of work. We'll tell you if improving your main site would serve you better.

Specialist sites

Ownership

What you own, and what continues.

Owning a website is different from paying for the work that keeps it visible. You own what we build for you. SEO, content, hosting and software are services — they continue only while someone pays for them.

Website design, code and content we createYours
Owned by your firm on full payment, as set out in our terms. No lock-in over delivered work.
Domain nameIn your name
Should be registered to your firm. If we register one on your behalf, the arrangement is written into your proposal.
HostingAgreed in your proposal
Set up at launch. Who holds the hosting account, what it costs and what support follows launch are agreed per firm.
Analytics, Search Console and Business ProfileIn your name
Should belong to your firm. We work through access you grant, so the data stays with you.
Third-party subscriptionsAgreed in your proposal
Any paid tools — forms, call tracking, the assistant's AI services — are listed with who pays for them.
AI enquiry assistantAgreed in your proposal
Included in the Growth programme. It relies on third-party AI services with running costs, so what happens if the programme ends is agreed in advance.
Handover and supportAgreed in your proposal
Handover of code, content and account access, and any ongoing support, are covered in your agreement.
Search rankingsNot ownable
Not property — no one owns them. They depend on search engines, AI systems, competitors and continuing work. You keep the site, content and accounts that earned them.

Before you ask for a quote

Which package is right for our firm?

If you need a credible website that properly represents the firm and converts the visitors you already get, The Firm Website is the starting point. If you also want to grow enquiries through search, the Growth programme adds monthly SEO, content, reporting and the AI enquiry assistant.

Why is the Firm Website priced 'from' £2,500?

Firms differ in the number of practice areas, pages, people and integrations they need. £2,500 is the starting point; you receive a fixed quote after a short discovery call, before any commitment.

Is the Growth programme a retainer?

It's a fixed monthly programme of £1,000, on top of the £2,500 build. It pays for continuing work — SEO, content, reporting and the enquiry assistant. The minimum term and notice period are set out in your proposal before you agree to anything.

What stays with us if we stop the Growth programme?

The website and the content we've created for you remain yours on full payment. New content, SEO work and reporting stop with the programme. What happens to the AI enquiry assistant, which relies on third-party services, is agreed in your proposal. Rankings may change over time, as they do for any site without ongoing work.

How long does it take to launch?

A typical firm website launches in four to six weeks, depending on scope and how quickly content is approved. Your proposal gives the timeline for your scope.

Do you work with small firms?

Yes. Both packages suit independent and boutique firms that want a serious online presence without an in-house marketing team.

Ask for a fixed quote.

Tell us which package interests you. We'll reply within one working day and, after a short call, confirm the price and terms in writing.

What happens next

  1. 1Tell us a little about the firm — it takes about a minute.
  2. 2We reply within one working day to arrange a 30-minute call.
  3. 3If it's a fit, you receive a written scope and fixed price.
